This agreement between licensor and licensee is non-exclusive. The licensor is free to enter into separate license agreements with third parties interested in using the same photograph.

By signing this agreement, the licensor allows the licensee to use the following image [enter image name here].

This usage will be for [Enter you choice of agreement length here] from signing this agreement (with the option to be extended for 1, 2 or 3 years by mutual consent and the signing of a new agreement), irrevocable and worldwide.

License Two Agreement royalties will range from 5% to 25% of the profit made from the sale of your image and it will be paid into your nominated bank account.

This license is not transferrable to a third party.

The Licensor remains the sole owner of the image’s copyright. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement.

The licensee agrees to credit The Licensor in a reasonable manner whenever the image is printed or displayed with this text: “© [Licensor Name]”.
